General terms

Argola Cosmétique ships anywhere in Canada. Shipping is free on orders of $100 and more. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Rules and restrictions

• Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
• Our orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS.
• Shipping promotions apply only to Canadian addresses.
• Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time and may vary.
• An order cannot be modified once payment has been made.

Estimated delivery times

• Canada Post, standard shipping: 4 to 10 business days depending on the region
• Purolator, express shipping: 24 hours in major centres, 48 hours in remote areas

Once your order is processed, you receive an email with your tracking number. Check your junk mail if you do not see it in your inbox.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. Use your tracking number directly on the Canada Post website for the most up to date information.
