Returns and refunds

Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a full refund, even if the product has been opened and used. Write to us at info@argolacosmetique.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Nothing to ship back

Our products are cosmetics. For hygiene reasons, we do not take back opened products. You have nothing to return to us and you pay no return shipping fees. Keep the product or pass it along, we refund you.

The satisfaction guarantee applies once per customer.

Damaged product or incomplete order

If you receive a damaged product or if the items do not match your order, write to us at info@argolacosmetique.com with a photo. We refund or replace right away, and this situation is not limited by the satisfaction guarantee.

Skin reaction

If a product causes a reaction, stop using it immediately and write to us. We refund you and we help you find a formula suited to your skin.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request being approved. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
